Intentional Living Design LLC was created because of what I witnessed during my years as a leasing agent. Prospective tenants constantly shared stories of leaking roofs, broken appliances, heaters that never worked, and landlords who dismissed serious issues with “you take care of it.” This vision exists to create the opposite experience — clean spaces that function as intended, refreshed environments, and a standard where tenants never have to hide problems in fear their rent will increase if they report them. From replacement bulbs and filters to appliances covered under warranty or service contracts, tenants can move in with confidence, purchase only their clothes, toiletries, and food, and worry about nothing else. You don’t need significant wealth to live fully blessed; you need a living experience that’s intentionally designed.
